We have all been there.  You try to access Twitter and there it is.  The dreaded “Fail Whale.”  Is it a sign of the apocalypse?  Or maybe hell is freezing over?  More importantly, will Twitter be able to fight off the fail whale and restore order to the world?  What happens if the fail whale takes a chunk out of Twitter and your account is compromised by the loss of data?  All those hours you spent tweeting, retweeting, finding followers are now gone in an instant.

OMG Google is teh FailWhale

Hell must be freezing over…It appears the majority of Google properties are down (Analytics, Gmail, Google, etc).  Good news is that Twitter seems to be running just fine.  Oh the irony!

23 Signs You are Addicted To Social Media

Managing your social media campaign can be a full time job for most people.  However, there are tools, widgets, plugins, and more applications being developed at a rapid rate.  Even with these advances in social media management, does it really free you from getting tangled in the social media web?  Or does it simply allow you to dive deeper down the rabbit hole to realize you have alot more work ahead of you in your social media campaign?

I find that even with all the tools I use to help myself be more efficient, I still seem to spend just as much time on social media sites if not more.  So am I addicted to social media?  More importantly, are YOU addicted to social media?
