Ploked.com Wordpress Theme Design Contest
Ok here is the deal. Ploked.com needs a kick ass take no prisoners pimped out Wordpress Design Makeover. I am talking something eye catching and brandable. Nothing lame will be considered and it must have a nice Web 2.0 feel to it.
Requirements
- Web 2.0 Look/Feel
- Single Sidebar on right hand side (widget ready)
- Sidebar Column must be wide enough to accommodate two 125×125 pixel banners side by side
- 3 Column Footer (widget ready)
- Prefer White in the body area, but open to suggestions on entire color scheme
- Unique Design/Never Before Used/Will Never be Used on Another Site (ploked gets full rights to the design)
- XHTML Compliant
- Must kick ASS
There might be other minor requests once we see a screenshot/demo.
What You Get
While it would be nice to be able to pay you for a design, that is not an option at this time. However, here is what Ploked.com can offer.
- Full Credit to your design and link with anchor text of your choice will reside in the footer of the site for the duration of the template use on the site. We feel that your design will be kick ass enough to never have to change it, so it will be there for quite awhile.
- A link to your site will be added to our Blogroll.
- Your site/business will gain exposure to thousands of people who frequent Ploked.com (currently a Top 100,000 Alexa site).
- A blog post praising your kick ass Wordpress skills that will be seen by the masses.
