Twitter users have a nice little game they like to play every friday.  It is what is referred to as “follow friday“.  The basic idea is that twitterers can recommend people that they feel are worth following.  Typically, you will use a few words to recommend the person along with linking to their twitter account and then end your tweet with the hashtag #followfriday.

So if you have some follow worthy friends, why not recommend them to your fellow twitter friends?  Just be sure you are not recommending anyone who might fall into one of the 4 Worst Types of Twitter Users!
